Day 47

Last week was a LOONNNNGGG week and a very BUSY week. Lucky me my children shared their head cold with me. So today I feel like crud!

Day 46

I've been working on building the kids a swing set... yap I did about 85% of it by my self in the afternoon while it was nap time! Josh did help me saturday morning put the swing arm up... there would have been no way I could have done that by my self! this was first swing photo on the new swing set!

Day45

A few days late... I guess thats just how I roll! I have a busy life... I did shoot this on friday but it was just a matter of free time to take the card out of the camera and into the card reader and into the computer...

So tonight my husband was at band practice so it was just the kids and I. They wanted new batteries in their flash lights and I got an idea... I wanted to shot my rings again with the flash lights and my lens baby and extension tubes! I have a new ring too! Josh gave me a diamond band for our five year anniversary.





Sorry I couldn't pick just one! i shot the top one with the lens baby with the 10 macro, and the second one with the 20mm tube and 50mm lens

day 42....yea its late

SO WHAT! I've think my plate is far too full for little ol' me. But it could always be worse.

Here was a little bit of my day yesterday. Fun times of motherhood I got jake out of his bed pant-less so needless to say his bed was soaked. I threw it all in the washer, and his little pillow exploded in my washer!

Day 41

Her background: A week after we moved into our home, my husbands sister asked if we could take her! Sure why not... we had never met her before but thats okay! She was very scared when we got her and if you just called her name she would pee on the floor! It was sad because she is SUCH a sweet girl. She loves to give kisses and loved to run with the kids. We don't know how old she was when we got her and we've had her for 5 years we also don't know what mix of breads she is.

A few months ago her nose went from black to raw and red. We took her to the vet, he said its and autoimmune disease. We started her on treatment antibiotics and steroids. We were told this might make it better she can live fine with her nose and ears like that but it would cause her pain.

Well in the past week she went from good to scary bad. Her nose is raw again and her ear's broken out again and now her paws are raw and bleeding. We went all day outside this was the first time she didn't greet us with a wet tounge and wagging tale. She didn't want to be around anyone and would snap at our other dog if he got near her! She's now having a hard time eating and getting up to walk.

She goes back to the vet this afternoon, and well I'm afraid she's just gotten to sick. We love our crazy licking dog!

If I wasn't such a slacker I would maybe have something a little better but yea I dont! I think this is funny... but to be honest I really wont like anything I shoot for some time because boston.com big picture has me depressed!

A bit of a slacker I didn't get on the computer at over the weekend! I did craft and part of that was dying fabric! FUN!!!

Lookie Lookie... two big things here... first is I haven't missed a day in a few weeks! Second I got an email today with the mockup of the latest Drive put out by the Lubbock AJ. Big deal you say well to me it sort of is... the cover is my photo! :) I know it's not a huge publication but its a start and well yea I'm excited about it.

Umm so these were way last min and I REALLY hate the lighting but then again I didn't really work on it either! But I did want to show off my latest sewing project, buttons, pleats and ruching oh my!

I don't like wine at all... and in an effort to like it my sister and I went to the wonderful world market. There I filled up a wine catty. They have a wonderful beer selection... which I would have happily picked over my wine!

My sister hates beer... I love beer so I was telling her about all the yummy beer that I loved ... I talked her into buying red stripe! Yea that was a bad idea she hated it, what I got to drink of mine I loved.

So this week I started shooting car for the Lubbock AJ's Drive and this morning we worked on this weeks cover!
